[OCLUG-Tech] locked pdf display
I've made a few charitable donations and got e-receipts as pdf files.
Some of these are "locked". They open in Acrobat reader (I've got it
installed on my Eee 900), but the document reader (evince) asks for a
password.
Clearly, I've no immediate "need", but am curious if there's an open
source tool for viewing/printing such files.
