you need the gpgv package.

http://packages.debian.org/etch/gpgv

I recommend that you upgrade to "etch" instead of "stable" so that you
do not need to go through a upgrade when "lenny" is released in the
not to distant future.

You may also wish to read Chapter 4 of the Etch Release Notes:
"Upgrades from previous releases" to see if there are any other
issues.
