Which CPU do you currently have?
Take a look at this motherboard:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=939Dual-SATA2&s=939
It can take socket 939 and M2 CPUs. And it has one AGP and one PCIe x16
slots. It has the flexibility you need: you can keep your current video card
and upgrade to a PCIe one later. If you currently have a socket 939 CPU, you
can just move it to this motherboard and keep everything you have. It would
lower your cost.
