Further to my impromptu brief at the last OCLUG meeting, I'm rounding out
the start-up team for Free Open Source *Solutions* Inc. If you are
interested in the following proposal, please let me know. If you are not
interested or cannot play for some reason, I'd appreciate it if you would
share this with others that might be.
1. I'm looking for a few good people to join my start-up working
towards integrated FOSS solutions. Criteria are in the Ottawa region,
willing to work part-time about 8 hours a week for options (a piece of the
company) instead of salary during the start-up year, great skills in FOSS
or software development or system integration, a passion for both
excellence and fun, and a team temperament.
2. I've worked this start-up for a year in a highly organized fashion,
and now have everything in place from integration lab to company share
structure to partners, and some people already on board -- just add your
value, stir, and cruise to take-off.
3. If you send me info on your background, I will brief folks on the
complete business plan, business structure, and short and long-term goals,
so you have a detailed understanding of the entire adventure, and can make
a fully informed decision.

Lots more information available on request. I'm looking to finalize the
