All:

I'm in a bind and need to get hold of a POTs ringdown adapter for
simulating point to point plain old telephone system connections. I've
just bought a new one from Viking but it won't arrive for a week or so.
Anixter doesn't have a high speed model in Canada. :(

I've got a secure remote access integration project I'm testing for a
client and I've got to test the following:

Linux_client <---> analog_modem <---> POTs <---> analog_modem <--->
serial_to_Ethernet_RAS_product <---> Ethernet_device

I've tried to use two Sipura VOIP ATA adapters on a 100mbit switch to
simulate the POTs cloud / ringdown adapter, but the quality is just too
iffy and analog modem connections not reliable. Unfortunately I have
only one POTs line here so I can't easily make things work.

Thanks in advance if you can help! I'm an East ender but will gladly
drive to Kanata to pick up and return if necessary.
