Hi, Bill, Not sure what you are aiming at. Is VIM close enough to GUI for you? On W32 is has the usual menus and lots of colorizing prettiness. I think it should be just as nice on X. I enjoyed using it for Python a couple of weeks ago on a short contract. Or is Eclipse too heavy for you? Nuff said on that.
